Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Steezi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Steezi. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the rights to upload the content
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or distribute content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Promotes violence, hate, or discrimination
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Violates privacy or publicity rights
• Is spam, deceptive, or misleading

5. Creator Terms

If you are a creator on Steezi:

• You receive 85% of revenue from subscriptions and purchases
• Payouts are processed monthly with a minimum threshold of $50
• You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes
• We may withhold payments for suspected fraud or Terms violations

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions and creator subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your complete payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Steezi name, logo, and all related graphics, software, and technology are the property of Steezi or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at dmca@steezi.com with the required information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEEZI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
